Spicy tomato leaf, dark honey*, and oakmoss, with hints of peach, lychee, ivy, vanilla, and tomatoes fresh from the vine.

The tomato plant is the focus of this scent. It has long been linked with witchcraft and werewolves since medieval Europe, as its leaves were indistinguishable from those of the deadly nightshade and its fruit was often misidentified as the hallucinogenic mandrake fruit. It was believed that tomatoes could be used by witches and sorcerers to turn themselves into werewolves. Its Latin name remains Solanum lycopersicum - a nod to its werewolf associations.

Amazing

I'm absolutely obsessed with the smell of tomato leaf and it being mixed with the honey and peach just bring to the next level. I'm so obsessed with this and can see myself getting it over and over again!

best thing i've ever smelled

I was so bowled over by this scent the second I smelled my sample that I ordered a full size the same day. I'm so thrilled to be able to smell like my summer garden all year! The honey note is also super strong on my skin, and it makes me feel like a goddesssssss

Phenomenal

When I initially ordered from Fantome, I didn't even see this scent. I bought other products and I was lucky enough to get a sample of Lycanthrope in my order. The second I opened the bottle I knew it was MY scent and I had to order a full size. The world of perfumes are still new to me, and I would have never in a million years thought that I'd like tomato leaf, but turns out that it's one of my favorites. It literally smells like you stuck your face in a tomato plant and I'm living for it. It's so fresh and grounding and earthy.

Like the other reviewer, I don't get a ton of other notes, but as it dries down I do smell hints of the other components. It's faint, it's there, but given that this perfume does 'tomato plant' so well, I ain't even upset. The tomato plant is the star and I will continue to buy full sized bottles of this.

Tomatoesssss

I was very surprised that I found this scent so appealing when smelling it out of the bottle! It’s very very tomato leafy! If you’ve ever smelled the foliage of a growing tomato plant that’s what this is right away: spicy, earthy tomato. …but unfortunately that’s all I smelled of the listed notes it claims to have. I smelled absolutely no fruit in this. My sister and I both wore it and on her I could occasionally detect WHISPERS of honey, but barely. On her the final dry down stayed the spicy earthy tomato …but on ME? It was literally like dawn dish soap LOL no bueno! But that honestly could just be my body chemistry, since every perfume smells different on everybody I would suggest getting the sample and smelling it for yourself before listening to me. I will say that it’s incredibly unique (like all of fantome’s scents) and I give it points for that.
