Prices
There is a flat rate of $6 in the United States, $20 for USPS First Class to Canada ($52 for USPS Priority/Priority Express International - required for higher weight packages), and $25 for USPS First Class to Rest of the World ($80 for USPS Priority/Priority Express International - required for higher weight packages).
US Shipping Info
For orders within the United States, where we are based, all orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Please note that during the holidays, shipping times will almost certainly increase beyond the standard transit time. Orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories will take a bit longer to ship as well. We will always email you a tracking number when your order ships, although it may take a full business day for your tracking information to become visible.
For oils: After an order containing only oils is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 2-9 business days if you are in the contiguous United States.
For EDPs: Please note that if you purchase any EDPs, even a single sample, your shipping time will be slower (4-12 business days) due to the increased handling Ground Hazmat items require by the post office. When these orders ship, the estimated delivery date on your tracking page will most likely not be correct, and you will probably see a "your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way" message after it overshoots its original estimate. This is normal and simply because USPS's regular tracking system doesn't account for Hazmat shipments. EDPs cannot be shipped to certain parts of Alaska.
International Shipping Info
International orders ship via USPS to the countries that are fully tracked with this service (we do not ship to EU countries due to their cosmetics regulations). All orders ship via First Class (7-21 business days) or Priority/Priority Express (3-10 business days), based on the overall package weight. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination country and/or customs delays and are not guaranteed. Please note that during the holidays shipping times will almost certainly increase. We will always email you a tracking number, although it may take a full business day for your tracking information to become visible.
Any import duties, taxes, or fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Please be aware that these fees can total upwards of 20-40% of your order's value. We cannot label your package as a gift, nor will we lower its declared value.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or seizures during the customs clearing process. Please be aware of your country's policies regarding the shipment of fragrances and cosmetics before ordering.
No refunds or replacements due to customs complications.
Due to international shipping regulations, we replace the perfumer's alcohol in our Extrait de Parfum with IPM (isopropyl myristate) for our international customers. This will not affect use.
Attention GB Customers: We will no longer be able to mail orders under $185 due to the law requiring all sellers outside of Great Britain to collect and remit VAT on orders under £135. Please note that we do not deliver to Northern Ireland because it follows EU cosmetics regulations (see below).
Attention EU Customers: Sadly, we are currently unable to devote the time and resources necessary to enter the EU market due to the cosmetics regulations there and the requirements to comply with them. It is extremely difficult for a micro business with as many products as we have to do so, especially without having a domain there (we are based in the United States). We apologize for any inconvenience.
